Spherical Roller Bearings
This kind of bearing is equipped with spherical roller between the outer ring of spherical raceway and the inner ring of double raceway.
Since the arc center of the outer ring raceway is consistent with the bearing center and has the centering performance, it can automatically adjust the axial misalignment caused by the deflection or non concentricity of the shaft or shell.
It can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load. Especially the radial load capacity is large, which is suitable for bearing heavy load and impact load.
The tapered bore bearing can be easily installed and disassembled on the shaft by using fasteners or withdrawal sleeve.
The taper hole has the following two kinds of taper
1: 30 (auxiliary code: K30): applicable to 24000.24100 series.
1: 12 (auxiliary code: k): applicable to other series.
The bearing with taper hole is mainly fixed on the shaft through the tightening sleeve or the demounting sleeve.
When the inner ring of self-aligning roller bearing rotates under normal load and working conditions, the angle deviation given in the table is allowed. Whether the given value can be reached completely depends on the design of bearing configuration and sealing type.
